Here's what the Chamber of Commerce will have for the 2020 Holiday Events:
Find Grinch
“We’re in a pinch and can’t find the Grinch!” The Grinch is on the loose and we need your help to find him! His silhouette will be spotted at 8 different area businesses between December 1st and December 21st.  Name ALL 8 locations for a chance to win Lake City goodies & swag!  Pick up the form from the Visitor Center on December 1st and turn in by December 22 at 3 pm.  The winner will be announced on December 22, and in the Holiday Silver World
Holiday Light Contest
This year’s Holiday Light Contest theme is a Dr. Seuss Christmas. So get whacky and whimsical, choose your favorite book, character, song, or scene and recreate it. We will have two categories; Business and Home. The business that receives the most votes will receive Chamber prizes. The Home that receives the most votes will receive local prizes. Sign-up by December 3rd by emailing the address and category to events@lakecity.com. Winners will be announced in the Holiday edition of the Silver World Newspaper.

Restaurants, lodging, retail and more are open with state-approved COVID-19 safety measures in place.

As the most remote town in the lower 48, we offer an ideal place to get away from it all. Lake City businesses are open for the spring 2022 season. Business hours can change frequently, so we recommend calling ahead.
