Membership Agreement & Renewal Disclosure

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that your membership with the Lake City/Hinsdale County Chamber of Commerce is an ongoing annual membership that will automatically renew each year. If you wish to discontinue your membership, you must submit a written request via email to chamberdirector@lakecity.com or complete the Membership Cancellation Form.

Failure to provide a cancellation request prior to your renewal date may result in continued membership dues.

By submitting this form, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Additional Category for businesses who are Silver, Gold or Premier Members ONLY

As an "Associate Member", you are showing your support for the Lake City/Hinsdale County Chamber of Commerce. You will be included in Chamber Communications to Business Members as well as, Member-only events! The option to be an Associate Member is available to Individuals ONLY. If you wish to have your business listed on the website or in the Visitor Guide, please choose one of our other Membership options.

1. Referrals from Visitor Center Information Specialists via phone, web, and Visitor Center walk-ins.

2. Advocacy for business interests at local, regional, and state levels 

3. Invites to Member Only Events

4. E-newsletter communication with Chamber events and community news

5. Listing on Lake City Chamber Town Map (New for 2024)

6. Member Only Pricing for Chamber Room Binder Ads & Event Sponsorship (New for 2024)

• Shared social posts to the Lake City Chamber of Commerce Facebook Page

• One rack space at the Visitor Center for marketing materials- (one business card and one rack card/brochure)

• Events listed on LakeCity.com/events by Chamber Staff
