Transcend: Located on a 53-acre property within Lake City limits, bounded on the west by a private half mile of river frontage on the Lake Fork of the Gunnison and on the east by public BLM land with an extraordinary hiking trail and spectacular views, Transcend is an all-electric, solar assisted, energy neutral, architect designed residence.
