Hinsdale County Museum’s biggest event of the summer celebrates the return of Railcar 211, meticulously restored over several years at the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad at a cost exceeding $400,000.

 Step back 150 years and experience this beautifully restored piece of history on display, with rotating lectures throughout the day led by Grant Houston and Dr. Mette Flynt.
