Independence Day Celebration

Join us for the Lake City / Hinsdale County Chamber of Commerce's annual fireworks display, games in the park, parade, street dance, and more!

Wednesday, July 3rd 
• 4:00 pm Family Fun in the Park (Cornhole, beer garden, with snacks and drinks available for purchase) @ Town Park
• 6:30-8:30 pm Street Dance at Town Park with Live Music
• 9:30 pm Fireworks from Memorial Park (weather permitting)

Thursday, July 4th
• 8:00 am-10:00 am Yard Sale and Pancake Breakfast hosted by and @ Lake City Community School
• 9:00 am 4th of July Book sale hosted by and @ Lake City Library
• 10:00 am Parade (Sign Up in Advance Here)
• Reading of the Declaration of Independence at the Hinsdale County Museum after parade ends
• USAF Flyover
• 11:00 am - 3:00 pm Park Events: 4th of July ceremony, races, food, and more @ Town Park
• 2:00 pm 3v3 Basketball Tournament hosted by and @ Lake City Community School
• 3:00 pm Ducky Derby @ Memorial Park
• 4:00 pm BINGO in the Park @ Town Park
• 4:00 pm Raffle Drawings @ Town Park
• 6:00 pm Disc Golf Tournament @ the Lake City Ski Hill hosted by Lake City Community School
