Our Mission is to raise funds and manage the distribution and investment of these funds to ensure the financial stability of the Lake Fork Health Service District in perpetuity

Founded in 1996 to provide financial support to the Lake City medical center and expanded in 2019 to include support to Silver Thread Public Health District and Hinsdale County EMS. Grants are provided to supported organizations for special programs, education and training, and capital needs.
