Hosting Lake City's first ever powerlifting meet on September 28, 2024 starting at 9am (lifters be there at 7am).

You do not have to do all three lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift), you just have to do at least one. We follow USAPL standards but the meet is not sanctioned.
Rock taping will be included for ALL lifters from Strength and Healing Massage Therapy
And we will have some awesome prizes from 1st Phorm for the top lifters!
